Ketchum Community Service Officer: 40 hours/week $17.29 per hour. Includes some weekends and holidays. The Community Service Officer position is a non-certified full time position whose primary duties include parking/code enforcement, animal control and a variety of community services. You must like working outdoors, be able to walk ten miles daily in all types of weather, have good communication skills and enjoy working with the public. Driver’s Services Clerk: 38 hours/4 days per week $14.60-per hour. The Driver’s Services Clerk is a non-certified administrative position whose primary responsibility is to administer written and visual acuity tests for applicants’ eligibility for a driver’s license, instructional permits and identification cards. Two years office experience, Typing 35 WPM, 10-Key and data entry experience required; Applicant must be detail oriented, able to multi-task with excellent computer, organization and communication skills. Our staff includes 65 professional, sworn men and women dedicated to the concepts of personal excellence, continuous improvement, teamwork, and service to our community. In our Patrol Division deputies may work as traffic patrol, investigations, on marine patrol, snowmobile patrol, or search and rescue. In our Jail Division deputies may work performing duties in our detention facility, on prisoner transport, or as a court bailiff. We also employ a civil processing division, drivers licensing desk, records division and other administrative office staff.
